The kids and I picked up Whitney a little early from work (he worked really hard to get out early) and we just made the train. Eli has a ball and Dora was great.

Mom and Dad were in town last week. We had soooo much fun. They were here for approx. a week. We played at the house, showed Ike destruction, had way too much fun with balloons, went to the Houston Livestock Show, went on walks, ate good food, played Rock Band (we actually got my dad to participate!) and went out to eat. It's always so fun to have guests, especially ones that help watch the kiddos and let us sleep in!!!! :)
Thanks for fixing the car dad!! You are amazing!!!

]]> Cassidy & Bo Cassidy & Bo Tue, 10 Mar 2009 04:00:00 +0100 Blessing Isadora Elizabeth http://www.bakerfamily.net/member/index.php?e=208 Isadora Elizabeth Baker was born February 16, 2009 at 1:45 am and weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces and measured 20.5 inches long. She is beautiful!! (We are a bit biased, but I still think she's pretty pretty!)

Here are some photos of her blessing, which took place today, one day shy of her two week birthday. Since we did the blessing so early (so Hugh and Lila could be here) she is pretty small and her dress is a little big! She still looks smashing, though!!

We had Haven, Hugh, Lila and my mom (Grandma Carla), plus Aunt Emma all in town for the blessing. Dora was perfect and snoozed right through it!
