Welcome to the Baker family website!

    If you are reading this you are most likely a Baker. I thought it would be fun to keep a website as sort of a family journal. We could keep it mainly as an event log where we share pictures and stories of recent events. It would be fun to have a place to browse through the most recent pictures of Emerson and Ethan, or Golden and Julie's trip the Dominican Republic.

    There are also a lot of other possiblities. I've got a web portal to our family history files working. We could also view things like Grandpa's personal history or perhaps people's academic and other research papers. We could share church talks that we have given, or notes that we have taken.
    There is a directory for each family. There are also 'bakerfamly.net' email accounts available for people who want one. I know some people think it is corny, but mainly I hope that we can slowly begin to collect pictures and things because it would really be neat to have this history, and there's no better time start than while we're all young.
